  • Help customers find the perfect pre-owned luxury vehicle that fits their lifestyle and preferences.
  • Handle high-value inquiries with professionalism — whether it’s over the phone, WhatsApp, email, or face-to-face in the showroom.
  • Guide clients through their buying journey, showcasing vehicle features, brand stories, and performance highlights.
  • Organize and lead test drives or private viewings with a personalized touch.
  • Deliver a white-glove customer experience — smooth, respectful, and built on trust.
  • Keep yourself informed on current inventory, market trends, and luxury competitor offerings.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals — turning first-time buyers into loyal clients.
  • Work closely with our finance, insurance, and RTO teams to make the process seamless for the customer.
  • Negotiate smartly and respectfully, ensuring a win-win for both the client and the business.
