Responsibilities - To develop and maximize sales potential through promotion and presentation of MSA products to MSA’s Distributor Network and their customer base. - To develop strong relationships with key end users focusing on the MSA product range - To achieve budgeted sales to the Distributors/Customers for the specified geographical area by promoting MSA products to the distributors and assisting their efforts by promoting the use of MSA products to the end user (customer). - Effectively implement MSA sales policies, procedures and programs within the area CRM Experience o Strong Interpersonal skills o Proven commercial acumen o Strong sales and negotiation skills o Strong influencing within a functional structure o Written & verbal communication skills Qualifications High Level Requirements of Position: Experience (required): o 5 years of demonstrated experience in a Territory Manager role; o A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Safety Industry and / or Industrial Product selling; o Commercial acumen; o Relevant business or tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
