Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on supporting the full sales cycle for MuleSoft integration solutions, helping to identify new business opportunities and nurturing client relationships under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with MuleSoft integration platform expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional developing specialised expertise in the MuleSoft ecosystem while building valuable consultative selling skills in a supportive team environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: 4-5 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in cloud sales.
  • Knowledge: Working understanding of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity principles.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in technology or SaaS sales, particularly with integration platforms.
  • MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Developer certification.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM best practices in enterprise software sales.
  • Background in consultative selling approaches for complex technical solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify inbound leads for the MuleSoft sales pipeline.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and conducting initial discovery calls focused on API and integration projects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate client, prospect and opportunity data within our CRM system.
  • Market Research: Identify potential target accounts and gather competitive intelligence within the integration platform market.
  • Client Communication: Support ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups regarding their integration roadmap.
  • Sales Administration: Work in alignment with internal resources including solution architects and technical teams to support the MuleSoft sales process.
