What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact to handover
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles and their latest in-car technology
  • Following the Sales Process to maximise conversion rates and sales opportunities
  • Promoting finance packages, service plans, and additional products to meet customer needs
  • Using digital marketing tools, online platforms, and social media to generate leads
  • Keeping up to date with the latest models, electric and hybrid technology, and special offers
  • Managing your own sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in car sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales role
  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate digital features to customers
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Full UK driving licence essential
  • Previous motor trade sales experience is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided
