JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Greet and welcome customers to our showroom, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers in choosing colors, styles, and designs for their renovation projects, offering expert advice and guidance.
  • Effectively sell flooring and related products to customers, leveraging your strong sales experience to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with the design community, home builders, and commercial clients to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor and track customer orders and deliveries, ensuring timely updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
  • Provide proactive and responsive communication to clients, keeping them informed about the progress of their orders or projects.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all products and their installation processes to educate customers effectively.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns that may arise after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with management by conveying customer feedback and suggesting ideas to improve operations and customer experience.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the showroom to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with customers.
  • Strong organizational skills, allowing for effective management of customer orders and tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey information and assist customers.
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
  • Minimum of 1 year of sales experience in a retail environment, showcasing your strong sales skills. (Emphasis: We are primarily seeking candidates with robust sales experience)
  • Background or education in interior design or a related field, demonstrating a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing spaces. (Emphasis: While sales experience is a priority, a design background is a valuable bonus)
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong team player who can also work well individually.
  • Language skills: Fluency in more than one language is preferred. Please indicate which languages you are proficient in.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
