We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and result-oriented Sales Executive / Business Development Executive to join our growing fit-out company. You will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, building strong relationships, and closing profitable deals. At least 2-3 years of experience in same field in uae

• Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in fit-out, interior design, or construction.
• Strong network within the real estate, construction, or commercial fit-out sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for closing deals

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and construction industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with design, project, and estimation teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts using CRM tools.
