As a key member of the Sales team at Great Scotland Yard Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to maximise sales potential.
This role offers broad exposure across all key areas of the Sales department, providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and market research.
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organisers to maximise bookings.
  • Conduct site inspections and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the hotel’s unique offerings.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Prepare customised proposals, negotiate contracts, and track sales activities using the Envision sales system.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, business events, and networking opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive and innovative sales efforts.
  • Assist with sales reports, competitor analysis, and administrative tasks as required.
