We're Hiring: Sales Executive

Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP), Dubai, UAE

Company: NWM

NWM is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a technical/engineering background with a strong interest in sales, customer development, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Prepare quotations, technical offers, and commercial proposals
Follow up with existing and potential customers
Conduct cold calling and lead generation activities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quotations and technical information
Follow up on enquiries, tenders, and project opportunities
Conduct customer visits and support business development activities
Maintain sales records, CRM, and opportunity trackers
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Achieve assigned sales and business development targets
Prepare regular sales and customer follow-up reports

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering — Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Marine, or related discipline
1–3 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering
Fresh engineering graduates with strong sales interest may also be considered
Technical sales experience in industrial, marine, or related sectors will be an advantage
Good communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
Ability to prepare quotations and basic technical/commercial proposals
Strong customer relationship and business development skills
UAE driving license will be an added advantage
