POSITION OVERVIEW Selling the seasonal collections to our customers. Actively manage and drive re-order sales by account level, meaning selling both menswear and womenswear, making sure our customers always have good stock levels and sell through, combined with detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgeting. Be an ambassador for Tiger of Sweden and inspire our partners by telling our story of craftsmanship, courage, and creativity with a characteristic and powerful approach. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES We work with strong sales and customer relationship-building processes. As Sales Executive at Tiger of Sweden, you will support in delivering a superior customer experience through securing and growing key clients. Identify opportunities to achieve growth within the distribution and product categories with existing partners and Key Accounts. Deliver sustainable and profitable growth by driving the Tiger of Sweden and partner KPI’s. TASKS Present and sell a minimum of 4 menswear and/or womenswear collections per year from regional showrooms or by presenting the collections to the customers at their stores. Visit customers, secure a high standard of TOS visual exposure in-store. Arrange and execute PK clinics, sales incentives, events, activations, and other incentives for increasing sales and visibility. Spend time on the shop-floor of key accounts to gather customer feedback and train the sales teams by leading by example Keep up to date on product trends, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends. Participate in trade fairs when relevant Prepare estimates for the NOS program and seasonal collections in collaboration with the Merchandising team to secure high OTB sales and lowering risk of sold-out styles. Focus on strong sales and customer relationship-building processes. Delivering a superior customer experience, including strong follow-up and support of sell-through dynamics. Manage Product knowledge trainings Traveling Significant, +100 days a year to visit customers. SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS Experience as a Sales Executive within wholesale or retail Highly motivated with the ability to take the initiative to solve challenges and to face those, while also being a supportive team player with a desire to collaborate. Social and outgoing with the ability and interest to create relationships with others and the curiosity to understand the customers’ needs. Self-driven, highly motivated with a strong business and sales-oriented mindset, driven by delivering great results, both individually and as a team Strategic mindset and genuine interest in flawless service delivery. Excellent people management skills and a pragmatic solution oriented mind-set Passionate about fashion, the Tiger of Sweden brand, creating and maintaining social relationships, driving sales and creating results.
