Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Initiate conversations with prospective customers over the phone
  • Practice effective questioning techniques to engage prospects and keep the conversation moving forwards.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases and competitor information
  • Confidently be able to negotiate to achieve a win-win situation for the business and customer.
  • Ability to effectively close deals Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Answering customers’ questions on the products
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • An upbeat friendly approach to speaking to customers is essential.
  • Proven sales experience with evidence of achieving set KPIs.
  • Aspirations to move up as the business grows vs the 5-year plan.
  • Confident negotiation skills with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Resilience
  • Excellent attention to detail and effective listening skills
  • A positive attitude with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • PC literate
