Salary: £19,000 Basic + Commission (OTE £51,000 +) + Company Car

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our client’s Main Dealership, with a fantastic sales team in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering and developing new business with the overall aim of increasing sales and profitability of the dealership.

SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a Main Dealership setting is ESSENTIAL.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving targets.
  • Ability to develop relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
