  TITLE: Sales Executive, OEM Connected Services LOCATION: Remote anywhere within the US   POSITION SUMMARY:  CPG Beyond the Cloud (CPG) is seeking an A/E, OEM Connected Services who will meet assigned quota and own  and managing specific OEM relationships, driving OEM-enabled services revenue across data center operators, hyperscalers, and large enterprise customers. This role has direct accountability for services performance tied to each assigned OEM, including attach rates, recurring revenue, renewals, and expansion—while representing the services provider (CPG), not the OEM. The Sr. AE is the single point of commercial ownership for designated OEM partners (e.g., power, cooling, controls, or digital infrastructure platforms) within the region or nationally pertaining to services.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.  The Sr. AE is the single point of commercial ownership for designated OEM partners (e.g., power, cooling, controls, digital infrastructure platforms) within the region or nationally pertaining to services.    Primary Objectives  • Maximize services attachment to assigned OEM equipment platforms  • Grow high-margin, recurring services revenue tied to OEM installed base  • Expand lifecycle monetization across OEM portfolios  • Strengthen long-term OEM partnerships and preferred-services positioning  Key Responsibilities -  OEM Relationship Management  • Own executive relationships with assigned OEM channel, sales, and services leadership  • Develop and execute OEM-specific annual and multi-year services growth plans  • Align OEM roadmaps with internal delivery, commissioning, controls, and services teams  • Influence OEM field sales and channel partners to position services early    Revenue & Account Growth  • Own bookings, gross profit, and recurring revenue targets for each assigned OEM  • Drive services attachment on new equipment installs, retrofits, and expansions  • Manage key customer accounts where assigned OEMs have significant installed base  • Lead renewals, upsells, and scope expansion tied to OEM platforms  Opportunities & Execution  • Lead qualification, solution design, pricing, and negotiations for OEM-enabled services  • Partner with engineering and operations to ensure technically sound, margin-accretive solutions  • Structure MSAs, lifecycle services agreements, and multi-year renewals    Performance Management & Intelligence  • Track OEM-level KPIs: attach rate, GP, renewal rate, and pipeline management  • Maintain accurate OEM-specific forecasting and CRM discipline  • Provide leadership with insights on OEM performance, competitive services threats, and market trends  Success Metrics  • Services bookings & gross profit by OEM  • OEM services attach rate (new installs & expansions)  • Recurring revenue growth & renewals by OEM  • Pipeline accuracy & forecast reliability  • OEM executive satisfaction and partnership strength  QUALIFICATIONS:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
