DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, Heavy Machinery, or Engineering Services sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong network within the Oil & Gas, Marine, EPC, and Heavy Industry sectors.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required (local and regional).

    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, and Heavy Equipment sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients (Operators, EPC Contractors, Shipyards, Marine Owners, Equipment OEMs, etc.).
  • Develop account strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
  • Conduct regular client visits and presentations to understand requirements and promote services.
  • Negotiate and close sales contracts in line with company policies.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, standards (ISO, API, ASME), competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the target markets.
