JOB SUMMARY

Trailhead Media seeks an ambitious and driven Account Executive to join our remote sales team. This role requires a relationship builder with a passion for discovery and a resilient spirit, essential for driving revenue growth and creating impactful advertising campaigns. Ideal candidates excel in fast-paced environments and are motivated by the dynamic world of OOH advertising.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 2+ years in a sales role, preferably in media or OOH advertising, with a proven ability to manage client relationships.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Requirements: Must be a self-starter, adaptable, and resilient in a remote working environment. Valid driver’s license required for occasional travel.
Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and crafting advertising solutions that deliver results.
  • Data-Driven Proposals: Use local and demographic insights to create persuasive, tailored advertising pitches that drive client success.
  • Market Research: Stay curious and informed about industry trends, local regulations, and market opportunities to anticipate client needs and offer strategic guidance.
  • Client Rides & Presentations: Conduct engaging client rides to showcase billboard locations and explain campaign effectiveness.
  • Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyzing data to optimize strategies and provide insightful client feedback.
  • Sales Strategy: Proactively handle challenges, adapt to changing client demands, and persistently pursue new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with scheduling, creative, and operational teams to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly.
  • Networking & Community Engagement: Actively engage with local organizations and industry groups to stay connected and uncover new opportunities.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support sales initiatives.
