We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in fragrance or essential oil sales, who are eager to drive new business development and B2B lead generation across the Canadian market. Key Responsibilities

✅ B2B Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential B2B customers such as fragrance brands, manufacturers, and private label companies in the Canadian region.
  • Identify potential customers in the market and send email to acquire private label & essential oil business

✅ Market Expansion & New Customer Development

  • Tap into new customer segments and industries requiring perfume oils, with a focus on strategic outreach and growth.
  • Conduct market research to acquire new customers

✅ Sales Strategy Execution & Revenue Achievement

  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. Manage sales funnels and conversion strategies.

✅ Relationship Management & Client Retention

  • Build strong long-term partnerships through regular follow-ups, personalized consultations, and excellent client service.

✅ Product Demonstration & Consultation

  • Provide detailed product insights, recommend suitable fragrance profiles, and coordinate sample testing to support sales closures.

✅ Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth client servicing and alignment with business timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or marketing of fragrance oils, perfume oils, or essential oils.
  • Strong exposure to Canadian market operations, including lead generation and client conversion.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid structure, aligned to business hours.
  • Ability to work independently with ownership of sales targets and pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, basic MS Office, and reporting format.
