POSITION SUMMARY: Proactively develop an assigned territory’s sales via win back, growth and new business within existing accounts via introducing new products and services across the OHI portfolio. Promote and develop business of top regional clients in the three main product categories OHI serves: foot orthotics, AFOs, Footwear and Central Casting (where available). Maintain a level of calls and meetings that meets or exceeds the manager’s expectation working toward the goal of cross-selling new product categories into established OHI accounts. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Prospecting – Identifying potential customers who might benefit from your product or service. * Lead Qualification – Evaluating leads to determine their fit and likelihood of conversion. * Initial Outreach – Making contact through emails, calls, or social media to spark interest. * Needs Analysis – Understanding the prospect’s pain points and goals to tailor solutions. * Pitching/Sales Presentation – Showcasing your product’s value in a way that resonates with the customer. * Objection Handling – Addressing concerns and removing barriers to purchase. * Negotiation – Finding mutually beneficial terms to finalize the deal. * Closing the Sale – Sealing the agreement and ensuring a smooth transition for the customer. * Follow-up & Relationship Building – Maintaining contact to foster loyalty and future sales. * Performance Evaluation & Improvement – Assessing metrics to refine strategies and optimize results. * Travel is 50% (approximately 8 nights per month)   COMMUNICATION: * Communicate to Regional Sales Director all critical information relevant to Turf / Territory in real time in OHI’s NetSuite CRM * Update manager weekly on call schedule and Sales funnel status using OHI’s NetSuite CRM * Participate in Weekly Conference Calls. * Share all Competitive feedback with Regional Sales Director and team and note in NetSuite CRM * Meet every Quarter for Performance Appraisal with manager to review progress. CLIENT SUPPORT: * Respond to customer e-mail and/or phone calls within 24 hours and log activity in NetSuite CRM * Train clients in the use of OHI technologies and products during product demonstrations. * Promote Client education offered by OHI where appropriate with use of various clinicians/Central Casting program where applicable  MINIMUM POSITION REQUIREMENTS: * University Degree * 1-3 years of demonstrated success in a sales position * Experience with consultative selling within medical accounts * Superior oral and written business communication skills * Strong time management and organization skills * Creative problem solver * Strong self-motivator and Team player * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills * Reliability and honesty * Access to reliable internet * Ability to travel and Reliable transportation   Working conditions: Must have reliable internet, dedicated distraction free work area. No other responsibilities during working hours. Physical Demands: * Frequent travel by car and/or air, including driving long distances, navigating various customer locations, and attending in-person meetings * Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling or working on a computer * Occasional standing and walking for prolonged periods during site visits, trade shows, or client meetings * Ability to lift, carry, and transport marketing materials, product samples, or equipment (up to approximately 25 pounds) * Use of hands and fingers for computer work, phone use, and writing * Visual acuity to operate a vehicle, use electronic devices, and review detailed documents * Verbal communication with clients, coworkers, and leadership in various environments (offices, manufacturing sites, outdoors, etc.) * Tolerating exposure to a variety of weather conditions when traveling or meeting clients in the field Nothing in this position description restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this position at any time.
