MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITHIN PLUMBING AND HEATING, WHETHER AS A TRADE OR COMMERCIALLY

Location: Enfield
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 DOE plus bonus
Hours: 8am - 5pm

• To provide customers with a knowledgeable, friendly and dependable service whilst at the same time optimising branch sales and gross profit
• Maintain current client relationships and develop those accounts further
• Respond to new enquiries and build that relationship
• Work effectively as part of a team ensuring that our customers’ expectations are not just met but exceeded
• Work with efficiency and accuracy – often under pressure
• Maintain & develop company culture, customer satisfaction, trade counter & delivery service
• Possess excellent customer service and sales skills both in person and on the telephon
