Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

Our Account Manager role is absolutely vital to the growth of department. As a rapidly growing business both in size and turnover, we’re looking for new people to join our sales team to help us look after our existing client base, ensure you are looking after their needs and concerns but also bringing in sales to achieve high targets. You’ll be joining a highly successful sales team where you will be valued and rewarded for the contribution you make.

KEY TASKS

  • Making outbound sales calls using self-generated leads pipelined from customer conversations.
  • Handling inbound calls, compromising of orders, queries and concerns.
  • Managing email traffic to customers and internal staff regarding customer accounts.

Essential -

  • Confident and effective communicator
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft office applications

Desirable -

  • To have basic knowledge of the products in our core range.

Experience (what you have done)

Essential -

  • Experience of outbound lead generation/telesales
  • Experience of working in a customer-centric position either face to face or over the phone

Desirable -

  • Have worked in a commercially driven environment
