We are looking for a driven and proactive Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for a high-energy sales professional with experience in making outbound calls, following up on warm leads, and converting interest into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Sales Calls: Engage with potential customers who have requested a quote through our website, following up to answer their questions and close sales.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively contact and nurture leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximising conversion rates.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to overall team success.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, track sales performance, and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and other departments to ensure smooth customer journeys and continuous improvement.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-volume outbound sales role—ideal for someone with a recruitment or telesales background.
  • A confident communicator who thrives on making calls and building rapport with potential customers.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience using CRM tools or spreadsheets to manage leads.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for sales.
  • Experience in the property or energy industry is a plus but not essential.
