Job Description Be familiar with the operational workflows of international trade shows and exhibitions. Possess experience in key account sales; be target-oriented and collaborate with the line manager to ensure the successful execution of overall projects. Proactively drive business expansion for existing projects and lead business development and execution for new projects. Collect and organize client information to deliver high-quality customer service. Build a high-quality exhibitor database, properly maintain client data, and ensure effective statistical management. Stay informed about industry conditions, market trends, and the distribution status of major client resources. Communicate and liaise with external project partners to align on project requirements. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of B2B sales experience; prior experience in the exhibition or medical industry is preferred. Communication Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese; capable of clearly articulating project value and earning client trust. Goal-Oriented: Self-driven and results-focused; able to achieve sales targets under pressure and willing to travel domestically and internationally. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities; capable of understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
