JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive (Outdoor) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through a combination of farming (managing and growing existing accounts) and hunting (identifying and acquiring new business opportunities) . This is a field-based role requiring extensive client interaction, relationship building, and market presence.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, field sales, or a similar outdoor sales role.
  • Strong track record in both hunting and farming .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Preferred knowledge of renovation related.

Responsibilities

Hunting (New Business Development)

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory/market segment.
  • Proactively prospect, generate leads, and secure new customers through cold calls, field visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and stay ahead of industry trends.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospects.

Farming (Account Management)

  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and propose solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Regularly meet with key accounts to ensure continued engagement and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.Act as the main point of contact for escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.

General

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports and market feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
