Workplace : Ang Mo Kio Techplace II (from November 25)

Position 1 : Trade Accounts

  • Regular visit to retail outlets, wholesalers, and distributors regularly to generate sales
  • Manage and grow key modern trade accounts (Supermarket/minimart/ petrol kiosk etc)
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with buyers and retail partners

Position 2 : Corporate Accounts

  • Familiar with hospitality and marine industries to generate sales
  • Manage and grow corporate accounts with B2B customers
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with procurement/buyers

Responsibilities
  • Execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Faster response to market needs by monitoring and track competitors’ activities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer retention & interactions, market feedback
  • Participate in promotional activities and involve in marketing events
  • Ensure product visibility and availability in key outlets
  • Work closely with internal operations/ logistic teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to management
  • Provide excellent after-sales service to maintain customer satisfaction and repeat business
