EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably within recruitment or outsourcing solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment

INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong understanding of recruitment industry practices, challenges, and outsourcing trends.
