ABOUT OVO LUXURY SIGNATURE

OVO Luxury Signature is a Dubai-based House of Fashion dedicated to luxury women’s wear and full brand-building services. We support designers and fashion entrepreneurs with design, sampling, production, branding, marketing, and distribution.
We are expanding our offline sales team and seeking a Sales Executive who can represent OVO’s elegance, manage client relationships, and drive sales from lead to delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven sales experience (luxury fashion, retail, or high-end lifestyle industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Professional presentation and ability to handle VIP clients.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred).
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Must be based in Dubai (or willing to relocate).

Responsibilities
  • Act as the face of OVO in offline sales (client meetings, pop-ups, exhibitions, and private showings).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle: from lead generation and pre-qualification, to closing deals, ensuring delivery, and after-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP and high-end clients.
  • Update and maintain client records, interactions, and deals in Zoho CRM.
  • Work closely with Production, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order completion and delivery.
  • Provide customer support and follow-up to ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Share sales reports, insights, and customer feedback with management.
