Job Title: Sales Executive / Regional Sales Incharge – Packing Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 Gross (Based on experience & performance)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Executive / Regional Sales Incharge within the Packing Industry to drive sales and provide top-tier service within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial sales background and a deep understanding of packaging systems, including consumables, machines, tools, and services. The role involves offering tailored solutions to customers, managing relationships, and ensuring continuous follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employ a consultative, solutions-driven approach to offer complete packaging systems to customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets by acquiring new customers and expanding product presence with existing clients.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of products to provide appropriate solutions that meet customer needs.
• Negotiate contracts, volumes, and pricing with key customer account executives.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and machine demos, showcasing technical expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of outside industrial sales experience (preferably in the packing industry).
• Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude.
• Proficiency with email communication, presentation skills, basic CRM & ERP software, and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Packaging Industry Sales: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
