Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, resellers, traders, and wholesale customers.
• Identify and approach new B2B customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell mobile phones, tablets, and accessories on a wholesale basis.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.
• Follow up with existing and potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and business networks.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on model, specification, quantity, and pricing.
• Coordinate with the purchasing and operations team regarding stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Monitor market prices, competitor pricing, new product launches, and market trends.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve individual and company monthly sales targets.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
