Perfect Support Ltd provide mental health and neurodiverse coaching in the workplace. Our aim to help employees stay at work and improve their ability to complete tasks that they might normally struggle to complete. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our client services team. The right candidate will help create and drive our business expansion in the marketplace.
Main Purpose of Job: The role is to identify and deliver new customers, to ensure the company growth targets and market share are achieved. In addition to this, you will be expected to assist with marketing activities and work closely with the team to address areas that need development. Your objective is to obtain continuous rapid growth and market share, while ensuring company profitability and a positive return on investment for our organisation.

Key tasks: To help grow sales year on year, at a set growth expectation assigned by the Manager. Your growth will come from new customers and inter group cross selling. You will:

  • report to your manager on a weekly basis with your sales activity, key customers advancements and updated CRM Opportunities.
  • be expected to find new prospects and opportunities each week. You will enter these accounts into the CRM database and pipeline document on a regular basis.
  • establish a repeatable sales process shaped by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key operational staff.
  • achieve required weekly and monthly KPI’s as required by the business.
  • help develop new and innovative sales and marketing campaigns using various medias and will have strong presentation, selling, negotiating and influential skills.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven experience of working in a sales environment
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Meet with customers face to face and remotely to build relationships and increase loyalty
  • Utilising a CRM system to update and manage customer contacts
  • Able to work on own initiative with moderate supervision
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • The ability to learn new skills
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft products)
  • Strong commercial background and awareness
  • A demonstrated proven track record of success
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Pragmatic approach to delivering to tight deadlines and targets
  • Ability to work independently with low levels of supervision
  • Are highly motivated, energetic and have a consistently positive attitude
  • People-person, who can communicate at any level
    Must have a full driving licence and own car as driving to client’s premises and networking meetings is essential. Mileage is paid
    Quarterly Bonus dependent on sales targets
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 18.5 per week
