JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive – Personal Care to promote and sell a range of personal care products including skincare, haircare, hygiene, and grooming items. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of consumer behavior in the personal care segment, and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and end customers. This role is key in achieving sales targets and increasing market share.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
  • Ability to travel locally or regionally as required

Responsibilities
  • Sales Generation: Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across retail and wholesale channels.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
  • Product Promotion: Promote product features and benefits through in-store visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to recommend strategies for product positioning and sales.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Merchandising Support: Ensure proper display, availability, and visibility of products at retail locations.
