Job Description: Sales Executive
Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Reports to: Director
Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum basic + commission (OTE £35,000 – £45,000)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. You’ll represent the company professionally, provide excellent customer service, and support the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively identify and approach potential clients through email, networking, and referrals
· Build and maintain strong client relationships
· Conduct client meetings and product presentations
· Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and contracts
· Negotiate and close sales deals
· Achieve individual and team sales targets
· Accurately update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activity
· Work closely with marketing and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
· Attend industry events, trade shows, or networking opportunities
· Sales & Booking Conversion
· Convert inbound leads into confirmed, high-value bookings across all service lines (weddings, proms, corporate, VIP, etc.).
· Proactively follow up on leads and dormant enquiries to increase sales conversion.
· Upsell add-ons (e.g. multiple vehicles, extended hours, décor packages, memberships).
· Serious appetite for continuous professional development.
· Energetic team player who loves collaborating with a team.

· Self-Motivated individual who is competitive and coachable.

  • Stay informed on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and client expectations in the luxury hire industry.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and new opportunities for service development.

Skills and Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role (2+ year preferred)
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Manage a team
· Target-driven and self-motivated
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
· Full UK driving licence (if travel is required)
