ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a confident, results-driven Sales Executive to join our commercial team. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor while promoting a portfolio of technical services across the construction, building, and property sectors.
This is a client-facing, relationship-focused sales role where you’ll combine strategic outreach with excellent customer service to build strong partnerships, close sales, and help drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term partnerships
  • Present and promote technical services clearly and effectively through outbound calling and prospecting strategies
  • Negotiate and secure agreements, closing sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Manage and support client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing business
  • Monitor and track sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and new services to support sales activities
  • Represent the business professionally, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Support team training and development where appropriate, sharing knowledge and tools
