About the Role As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Promote free or subsidised boiler upgrades and insulation solutions under the UK ECO scheme.
  • Engage with homeowners, tenants, and landlords to identify eligible properties.
  • Book and manage appointments for home assessments and installations.
  • Educate clients on the environmental and financial benefits of energy-efficient systems.
  • Work independently with full support from our back-office team. Commission Structure Uncapped Commission – High Earning Potential
  • Top agents earn £1,500+ per week
  • Paid per successful installation (boiler, cavity wall, loft insulation, etc.)
  • Base Salary £25,000

Requirements:

  • Sales experience preferred – door-to-door, telesales, or field sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle is an advantage (but not essential).
  • Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the UK.
