Develop customized value offers and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with Agronomist to implement the agreed channel strategy, monitor implementation, effectiveness and adjust as requested. Act as a market intelligence. Inform Plantation tender and Competitor activities Manages Syngenta’s business within strategic Plantation segments, develop activities/program to differentiate and position Syngenta as a preferred supplier Identifying and developing a value proposition for its key customers, especially strategic Plantation. Delivers services, organizes trainings, Plantation Meeting and other activities/events according to the specific needs and GTM design Ensure sales target are achieved in his territory, monitors sales, provides support and manages relationships with Plantation stakeholder. Monitor the effectiveness and provides support needed Offer occasional service & in store marketing campaign to Plantations Qualifications Background education of Agriculture 1 - 2 years’ experience in Sales or Marketing, especially in crop protection Plantation Agronomy skills, understanding of customer needs Understanding of Syngenta’s GTM strategy, especially Plantation segment Good communication and negotiation skills Experience and skills in sales Basic Computer skills: Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
The Sales Executive is accountable for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory by managing excellent customer relationships and implementing the company's Go-To-Market strategy for Plantation customers.
