Description:

At Porsche Centre North Toronto we offer an exciting opportunity to travel, experience the tracks, extensive training with management support, and a competitive compensation package! We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Luxury Sales Executive to join our sales team. You will act as the brand of our firm for clients looking to buy, lease, or finance a new car in this critical function. You will be responsible for providing Porsche’s exceptional customer service while successfully improving dealership profitability and revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Valid OMVIC License
  • Valid G Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Provide exceptional customer service with positive energy and enthusiasm
  • Professional, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with great attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
  • Possess great attention to detail and have exceptional organization skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Minimum 5 years previous experience in a similar role and environment

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a Porsche Brand Ambassador, adhering to brand standards, and providing client satisfaction by ensuring a smooth transition from vehicle purchase through delivery.
  • Turn over all Sales prospects to the Financial Services Department and collaborate with them to execute all paperwork and administration for vehicle delivery to our clients (including but not limited to insurance confirmations, bills of sale, aftermarket contracts, and other admin items as required)
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collect payments.
  • Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity always to depict the firm positively.
  • Maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness by utilising marketing data and relevant sales management software products and actively prospecting new customers on a continuous basis.
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
  • Review post-sale Customer Satisfaction Index (and social media review) form and complete follow-up Customer Satisfaction calls and letters after vehicle delivery
