Required skills to be successful:

  • Degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or related field with strong knowledge of power generating sets and power plants.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, including at least 2 years in power generators sales.
  • Target-oriented with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client and partner relationships.
  • Strong logistics and financial background.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP/CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE:

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our Power Generators division at FAMCO, based Dubai. The role is responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic direction of the business. You will play a key role in ensuring we remain a market leader in the GCC by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve sales and marketing targets for the assigned territory.
  • Identify sales opportunities and customer requirements; prepare technical and commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial, logistics, and technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitors, product positioning, and industry trends.
  • Sustain rapport with key accounts through regular visits, exploring specific needs, and closing deals.
  • Contribute to the development of the division’s strategy and annual growth plans.
