1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Generate new business through field sales, cold calling, referrals, networking, and clientvisits.

· Identify and approach potential clients across Cleaning & Pest Control, Digital Services, Certification/Consultancy, and related industries.

· Conduct client meetings, site visits, and inspections to understand requirements and identify business opportunities.

· Must have knowledge to assess the premises/area of client then later prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and service packagesbased on required Job scope

· familiar to convert opportunities like leads, quotations, proposals, and pending approvalsinto confirmed sales.

· Must have an exposure to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Coordinate with the Operations and Pest Control teamsfor site inspections, technical requirements, service scopes, and quotations.

· Able to maintain CRM

· Better to have exposure of achieving assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.

· Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and pricing.

· Follow up with existing clients for contract renewals, additional services, upselling, and recurring business opportunities.

· Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive client experience throughout the sales process.

2. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

· Proven experience in sales of service-based companies, business development, & field sales.

· Experience in Cleaning & Pest Control, Facility Management, or related industriesis an advantage.

· Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and cold calling skills will be advantageous.

· Ability to work independently, conduct field visits, and generate new business opportunities

· Able to achieve assigned monthly sales target.

· Sound knowledge of UAE marketis preferred.

· UAE driving license is an advantage.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
