With studios across the UK and the Middle East, Emperor partners with ambitious organisations to create meaningful communications that build trust and drive engagement.
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, confident self-starter to join our Sales team. This is a junior-level role designed for someone who’s hungry to learn the ropes of sales, build relationships, and make a real impact from day one.
You’ll be our go-to person for uncovering opportunities within our client base, keeping us front of mind in the Birmingham office, and supporting our senior team with research, meeting setup, and lead generation. You’ll need to be confident with both net new business and cold outreach – this role isn’t just about farming existing accounts but helping us plant seeds with new ones.
You’ll work closely with our Client Director (strategy lead) and Senior Account Managers (relationship builders and proposal experts). Think of yourself as the engine behind the team – spotting new opportunities and nudging doors open. There’ll be occasional travel (once a quarter) to London, Manchester, or Edinburgh for team catch-ups or client meetings.
As most of the team are based in London or working remotely, staying active on internal channels and making the effort to attend team socials and events will be important to remain connected and integrated with the wider team.
