We’re looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. A passion for food and fresh ingredients is essential in this role. Experience in the culinary world, especially with hands-on chef experience or close work with kitchen teams, is highly valued.
Your Responsibilities:
· Build and maintain relationships with restaurants, grocers, caterers & institutions
· Conduct cold calls and outreach to generate new leads
· Convert prospects into long-term customers
· Manage daily orders with accuracy & professionalism
· Hit and exceed sales targets
· Monitor market trends and competitor activity
· Work closely with logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
What We’re Looking For:
· 2+ years of sales experience (produce, foodservice, or hospitality preferred)
· Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation
· Knowledge of fruits, vegetables, seasonality, and pricing
· Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
· Self-starter with a strong work ethic
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
· Familiarity with the Westchester market is a plus
What We Offer:
· Base Salary: $90,000–$105,000
· Commission: To be discussed and evaluated based on experience
