• Manage eCommerce platforms (such as Amazon, Noon, Dubai Store, etc.), ensuring product listings, descriptions, and images are optimized for visibility and conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and key eCommerce partners to increase repeat business and customer retention.
• Execute promotional campaigns and discount strategies aligned with marketing goals to boost online sales and product awareness.
• Analyze sales performance and website traffic using tools like Zoho, Google Analytics, Excel, or CRM software to improve strategies and identify high-potential products.
• Coordinate inventory and logistics with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and prevent stock outs or overstock situations in online and offline channels.
• Gather customer feedback and monitor online reviews to improve product offerings, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
