Description
Cultivate strong executive relationships across Atlantic government and healthcare clients; conduct stakeholder mapping and lead pre-RFP engagement. Partner with Client Executives, Delivery Executives, and Service Portfolio Leaders to craft customized, value-driven proposals. Lead full-cycle sales execution, manage complex procurements, and negotiate multi-year agreements. Meet or exceed annual sales targets and maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. 10 years of IT services/solutions sales experience, with at least 5 years focused on Canadian provincial public sector (health, ministries, crowns, municipal). 5+ years of experience of closing complex, high-value contracts ($5M+ TCV). 5+ years of experience with Eastern Canadian public-sector procurement processes and shared-services models. Strong relationships with Atlantic provincial ministries, health authorities, crowns, and municipalities. Deep knowledge of digital modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, analytics/AI, and managed services. Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding annual quotas. Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
