About the role We are seeking a talented Sales Executive – Public Sector Team to join our dynamic team at Master Concept (Hong Kong) Limited. You will support Master Concept’s growth in Hong Kong’s government, education, healthcare, and NGO segments. This is a junior position designed for individuals who are eager to develop a career in solution sales. The role involves assisting the Sales Manager in day-to-day sales operations, opportunity management, renewal activities, and solution-selling engagement, with ample opportunities for job-based training and growth. What you'll be doing Assist Sales Manager in engaging government and public sector customers to promote Master Concept’s technology solutions and services Support preparation and coordination of quotations, tender responses, renewal proposals, and related documentation Manage and maintain renewal business pipelines; ensure timely follow-up and customer communication to achieve retention goals Coordinate internally with vendors, technical consultants, and operations teams to ensure smooth solution delivery and customer satisfaction Conduct research on public sector digital transformation trends, particularly around cloud technologies, SaaS, and AI-driven solutions Monitor sales activities in CRM systems and help refine sales reporting and pipeline visibility Handle basic administrative and operational tasks related to sales performance metrics, forecasting, and account mapping What we're looking for Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines is encouraged but not limited 0–2 years of working experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or solution sales (fresh graduates are welcome) Strong interest in digital transformation, cloud computing, and AI technologies Comfortable with engaging public sector clients in a professional, consultative mannerFamiliarity with the public sector landscape and procurement processes Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) Previous exposure or internship experience in sales coordination, customer service, or technology solution selling would be a plus Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or AI-assisted sales tools is preferred Candidates passionate about adopting AI in sales operations and promoting AI-driven solutions will be considered with advantage What we offer At Master Concept (Hong Kong) Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a rewarding and fulfilling work experience.
