The role involves developing new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, independently preparing proposals and presentation decks, and managing campaign execution and reporting. QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or part-time experience in sales, marketing, or events is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients and teams.
• Ability to create, structure, and present professional proposals and presentation decks.
• Willingness to learn quickly, stay motivated, and take ownership of tasks.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
• Passion for gaming, esports, lifestyle, fashion, or youth entertainment preferred.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital culture; able to translate trends into opportunities.
