Description
  • Identify and target potential clients for home renovation, office fit-out, and maintenance projects.
  • Register the company with potential clients, building management companies, and government entities to gain access to new projects and contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals.
  • Attend meetings with building management companies, property developers, and facility managers to promote the company’s services and secure contracts.
  • Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and project proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Follow up on pending payments from clients, ensuring timely collection and maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Work closely with project and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
