We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Executive to help us expand our footprint across North America with a focus on real estate developers, agencies, and sales brokerages.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE:

As a Sales Executive at QOO Studio, you’ll be the face of our brand to new prospects from cold outreach to closing. You’ll work closely with the Director of Business Development to identify leads, pitch solutions, prepare proposals, and manage accounts. This role is ideal for someone who’s equal parts hunter and storyteller, someone who thrives on strategic outreach, understands real estate marketing pain points, and loves selling beautiful, high-tech solutions that make an impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and qualify new leads across Canada and the U.S.
  • Conduct outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Present QOO Studio’s offerings in a consultative, engaging way to builders, developers, and marketing agencies
  • Build tailored pitch decks, coordinate samples, and create proposals with the internal quoting team
  • Manage pipeline and opportunities using HubSpot CRM
  • Set up and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person)
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and production teams to align sales materials with current capabilities
  • Hit monthly and quarterly activity and revenue targets
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitors, and client needs
