We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly Sales team as a Suzuki Sales Executive. The role involves selling both Suzuki and used vehicles, providing excellent customer service to present and advise on the products which best suit their needs. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused and confident with excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships, and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Previous motor trade experience, as well as a good understanding of finance and add-on products is desirable.
If you are looking to start your career in the motor industry, we would provide training for the right candidate. The suitable candidate would have sales experience and be motivated to learning the role, and an interest in cars would be beneficial. The candidate will need to be confident in dealing with customers, as well as adaptable to working both as part of a team and as an individual in a fast-paced environment.
Our Sales Executives at Quest Motor Group Suzuki work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 6pm, and Saturday 8:30am to 5pm, with an hour lunch break each day and a day off in the week. The dealership is closed on Sunday.

Responsibilities
  • Build rapport and qualify the customers’ requirements throughout the sales process.
  • Develop relationships to win new business.
  • Respond to queries from new/existing customers from multiple channels.
  • Maintain up to date knowledge on manufacture vehicles and product options.
  • Follow sales processes to ensure compliance.
  • Works as a full member of the dealership team.
