Acube Abodes Realty is a dynamic real estate developer in Dubai, specializing in delivering premium off-plan projects designed for modern lifestyles and attractive investments. To expand our team, we are hiring motivated Sales Executives with proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan real estate market.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Sales Executive will focus exclusively on selling Acube Abodes Realty’s off-plan projects. The role requires individuals who are energetic, driven, and capable of building strong client and broker relationships while consistently achieving sales targets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of proven sales experience with real estate developer in Dubai (Off plan experience preferred.) Or minimum 2 years of real estate brokerage experience in Dubai.
  • Proven ability to achieved and exceed sales agent.
  • Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong networking and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE Driving License and own car (preferred).
  • Fluency in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).
Responsibilities
  • Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties developed by the company.
  • Identify new leads, conduct client meetings, and follow up on potential buyers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with investors, end users, and brokers.
  • Present project details, payment plans , and investment benefits to client.
  • Manage the entire sales process from inquiry to closing deals.
  • Follow up with leads, handle inquiries, and convert prospects into sales.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
  • Provide clients with accurate information about property features, payment plans, legal aspects, and project updates.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, offers, and contracts.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of leads, clients, and broker contacts.
  • Report sales progress and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
