About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales acumen, a passion for property, and the ability to build lasting client relationships in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to potential buyers and tenants
  • Negotiate and close residential and commercial property transactions
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, pricing, and legal regulations
  • Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams to promote listings and support marketing campaigns
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, track progress, and follow up effectively

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably within the UAE market
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
  • UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • RERA certification or willingness to obtain it
