KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor in their technology needs.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified prospects, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain and update the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to the sales team and management.
  • Technology Solution Selling: Articulate the benefits and features of our technology solutions to prospects, addressing their specific pain points and business needs.
  • CRM Management: Utilise and maintain the company’s CRM system, ensuring all prospect and client interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
