We are presently recruiting for a Field Based Construction Sales / Business Development Executive on behalf of an established construction company based in County Kerry. You will play an important role in driving sales growth, identifying new opportunities and strengthening the company’s market presence and developing new and existing customer relationships across County Kerry, County Cork and into West Limerick. This is a full time, permanent position

• DutiesDevelop and manage new and existing customer accounts across the assigned territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers and other industry stakeholders.
• Meet customers on-site and understand their requirements, providing suitable product and service solutions.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and follow opportunities through to completion.
• Maintain accurate records of customer activity, sales pipelines and opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall commercial growth.
• Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, industry events and networking opportunities.

• Experience & RequirementsPrevious sales or business development experience, ideally within construction, building materials or a related industry.
• Strong understanding of the construction sector and commercial sales environment.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially focused and capable of working independently.
• Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout Kerry, Cork and West Limerick.

The position offers a base salary of €50,000 with an OTE of €60,000–€65,000, along with a fully expensed company vehicle, mobile phone and laptop. For further information, please email me directly at adrien@redchair.ie
