Position: Sales Executive
Location: Jalan Teknologi, Kota Damansara PJU5, Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500 per month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Close sales and guide clients through the closing process.
  • Meet or exceed quotas for calls, appointments, and sales targets.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions and support.
  • Respond to client inquiries, including requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Identify and research new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively with existing clients to ensure continued engagement.
  • Recommend upgrades or additional products and services to clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most favorable terms.
  • Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.
  • Develop new leads and contacts to drive business growth.
  • Address issues and client concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve revenue and profit goals.
