Job Summary: As a Sales Executive, you’ll be instrumental in driving the growth of our buyback and refurbishing services. Your mission will be to connect with businesses and institutions in need of reliable, cost-effective technology solutions - from sourcing used devices to offering refurbished equipment and services. You’ll own the full sales cycle: prospecting, consulting, closing, and nurturing long-term client relationships. Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities: Sales Growth & Target Achievement * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue and expand market share. Prospecting & Lead Generation * Conduct market research to identify potential clients across industries such as education, healthcare, enterprise, and government. * Leverage cold calls, email outreach, networking, and referrals to generate qualified leads. * Represent Refreshed Tech at trade shows, expos, and industry events. Consultative Selling * Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions using our suite of refurbishing services and products. * Communicate product and service value propositions clearly and persuasively. * Overcome objections and position Refreshed Tech as a trusted, reliable partner. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. * Provide high-touch customer service and proactive follow-up to ensure satisfaction. * Address client concerns in a professional, timely manner. Product & Market Expertise * Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and the electronic device lifecycle. * Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings. Team Collaboration * Align with the marketing team to execute coordinated campaigns and generate qualified leads. * Partner with customer service and operations to ensure seamless handoffs and client experience. Sales Reporting & CRM Management * Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking customer interactions and pipeline status. * Submit regular reports and updates to the Sales Manager regarding performance and market insights. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.   * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, IT asset disposition, or technology services. * Familiarity with electronic refurbishing processes and/or reverse logistics is a plus. * Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events * Strong understanding of sales techniques, including lead generation, consultative selling, and closing. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for a variety of audiences. * Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple prospects and clients simultaneously. * Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Work Environment: * Base plus commission opportunity. Earning potential up to $130k annually. * This role operates in a professional office environment with frequent computer use. * The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands to operate office equipment. * Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required (e.g., product samples or trade show materials). * Occasional travel to client sites or trade events is expected.
